Traveling to film or photograph weddings has it's challenges; airports, tons of gear, waking up early (3am in this case), traveling to new unexplored locations, etc. But we're always ready for new challenges, especially for couples like Cherry and Trae. Their genuine and sweet natures really got us when we met them, and knowing they were traveling back home to the slopes of Mauna Kea made traveling for this wedding a breeze. The cool serene pastures of the paniolo lifestyle was ever present everywhere we drove. Cherry and Trae chose Kohala Lodge and Kahua Ranch as the backdrops of their big day, a day a lifetime in the making.
Cherry and Trae, thank you guys so much for choosing us as your photo and video vendors. You guys were so much fun to capture, especially when you broke out the dancing... I'm starting to think outer island folks know how to dance and party than almost anyone else ;). Congrats guys!!
